Dance in Dialog* 

Choreography by Lehman Alumni Choreography fellows Madelyn Sher and Edgard Toro (Xavier Fontanet) followed by a conversation with the choreographers.  

Dance in Dialog is an annual series aiming to start conversations about dance and explore making dances. This year’s recipients of the Lehman Alumni Choreography Fellowship, Madelyn Sher and Edgard Toro (Xavier Fontanet), will work with students to create two original works with influences including contact improvisation, phenomenology, butoh, house dancing and queer nightlife. Each piece will be followed by a discussion with the choreographers and dancers. Running time 1 hour 15 minutes.
